Kinetic Chain Release (KCR)
Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is a gentle yet powerful hands-on protocol designed to bring your body back into natural alignment. During your session, you’ll receive a series of medically and scientifically recognized mobilizations and stretches that are performed in a specific sequence. These movements are safe and effective for all ages and can help relieve a wide range of physical discomforts—from joint pain and muscular tension to postural imbalances and restricted mobility.
KCR is performed fully clothed, so please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that allows for easy movement. Many clients find this treatment to be a turning point in their healing journey, often experiencing immediate improvements and a sense of ease in the body. It’s a foundational step toward lasting relief and whole-body balance.
Connective Tissue Release (CTR)
Following your KCR treatment, Connective Tissue Release (CTR) offers a deeper layer of support. This advanced technique focuses on releasing long-held restrictions in the fascia—the web-like connective tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles, bones, and organs. CTR works gently yet precisely to unwind these tensions, helping to restore fluid movement, reduce lingering pain, and promote a greater sense of ease and vitality throughout your body.
