What is your Course Booking & Cancellation / Refund Policy? We aim to offer clear, fair policies that honor both your commitment and the integrity of our course planning. Deposits: All course bookings require a non‑refundable 20% deposit to secure your place. This confirms your commitment and allows us to plan course numbers and materials. Balance Payments: The remaining balance is due 14 days before the course unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations by Students: • More than 30 days before the course: Deposit is non‑refundable; all other payments are refunded. • 7–14 days before the course: Payments may be transferred to a future course date (limit of 2 transfers). • Less than 7 days before the course: Fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable. Failure to Attend: Non‑attendance without notice is treated as a late cancellation; no refund or transfer is offered. Cancellations by KCR Academy or a Certified Trainer: If we must cancel or reschedule, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another course date. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
Do I need prior experience to take KCR? No. KCR Level 1 is intentionally designed for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Everything you need to know is taught in class and no prior bodywork training is required.
When can I start using KCR with clients? You may begin offering KCR once you, complete the KCR Level 1 course and have appropriate insurance in place.
How soon can I take the next course in the Pathway to Bodywork Mastery? There is no required waiting period. After KCR Level 1, you may take Introduction to Connective Tissue Release at the next available date, and continue up the pathway at your own pace.
What should I bring and wear to class? • Pen and paper • Comfortable, loose clothing (athletic wear is ideal) • No denim or dresses • Electronic devices are not permitted during class We provide all materials needed for hands‑on practice.
Can I take the course if I’m pregnant? Yes. Please email us in advance and remind your instructor on arrival. You may perform the techniques but will not receive them during practice sessions.
