Healing Begins with Your Heart

As we move towards the close of the year and the fullness of the holiday season, it's easy to get swept up in the rush of family gatherings and endless to-dos. Returning to the heart space offers us a way to stay grounded, present, and connected during these busy times. This focus on the heart is not only a gift for daily life—it also lies at the center of the courses our Pathway to Bodywork Mastery Courses. 

My hope is that many of you will feel called to explore this deeper journey and discover the transformative power that begins within your own heart.

Holding this heart-centered perspective, it feels natural to reflect on the journey that we've shared this year and look ahead to what's next.

Celebrating Our Journey

This year has been extraordinary. We ran a total of eight courses, including our very first group completing the entire Pathway to Bodywork Mastery. It is humbling to witness the beautiful work you all do and the dedication you bring to this practice. We are beginning to see students appear on our global accreditation map, and I’m thrilled to share that we now have a new KCR teacher here in New Jersey—Vanessa Sanford. Globally, our team continues to grow, with KCR expanding into Poland, the Netherlands, Mexico, and more.

Looking Ahead

The new year brings exciting opportunities:

• Several KCR courses will be available, including an offering designed specifically for non-professionals. Having a spouse, friend, or family member able to trade KCR sessions with you is truly one of the best gifts you can give each other.

• Our Introduction to Connective Tissue course - a truly transformative experience - will be available at each location.

• I am excited to announce that our Women’s Health Course will be offered in the U.S. for the very first time. (Please note: this is the only course that does not currently earn NCBTMB credits.)

• I am working to make KCR available in more states, continuing to grow our community and reach more people.

• We are now using a new payment system to make registration easier for you. When you sign up for a course, you'll be taken directly to our secure Stripe checkout, where you can choose to pay either a deposit or the full amount. This means I'll no longer be sending invoices - everything is streamlined so you can register quickly and with ease.

• Our next KCR Swap will be held on Sunday, January 25th at 11:00 am. Details will be shared soon.

Reminders for Practitioners

• Accreditation: I can only refer practitioners who are accredited. As KCR grows demands for sessions is rising. Accreditation strengthens your practice and helps bring this modality to more people.

• Resources: Visit our public Kinetic Chain Release Facebook page for digital images - created to support you and provided for your use in advertising and spreading awareness of KCR.

• Brochures: Brochures are also available to support your practice - created to help you share KCR with your community. The cost is $40 for 100 brochures if picked up, or $50 if shipped.

I will follow-up with a separate email containing the full course schedule for next year, which I hope to finish before year's end (though I'll admit that sometimes the calendar has a mind of it's own!).
