Connective Tissue Release 2 (CTR 2) is the next step in the CTR Series, offering practitioners a fresh set of hands-on techniques to address a wider range of client presentations. Developed by Hugh Gilbert to complement the Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) protocol, CTR 2 builds directly on the foundation of CTR 1 — not by going deeper into theory, but by giving you more tools to work with.
Whether you're supporting clients with chronic pain, postural imbalances, or movement restrictions, CTR 2 equips you with additional approaches to release fascial tension and restore mobility.
